Job Summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Shuttle Driver to transport passengers and employees to and from the Medstar Washington Hospital location. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our passengers, while also maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers and employees
• Greet, engage, and thank guests (100% of the time) to provide exceptional customer service
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including those with ADA needs
• Effectively communicate and work in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity
• Demonstrate self-sufficiency while performing daily tasks as a professional driver

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with a CDL and passenger endorsement
• Class A/B license only
• Compliance with Federal DOT, State, and Local Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Valid Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement
• Valid Medical Card or ability to pass a DOT physical examination
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays

Physical Demands

• Ability to physically push/pull/lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift
• Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.)
