Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Dispatcher/Shuttle Driver to join our team at Skookum Aerospace Manufacturing. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective use of vehicles and drivers to provide transportation for approved government business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, daily/monthly Motor Transport reports, and service records.
  • Assign vehicles to drivers to provide transportation for approved government business.
  • Monitor the actual release and return of vehicles to ensure they are in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition.
  • Schedule servicing of vehicles, including lubrication, oil and filter changes, body and engine repair, tires, and cleaning.
  • Drive minibus or van as needed to transport trainees, government, and/or military personnel to destinations according to their assigned schedule.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of military or DoD experience with a Transportation/Dispatcher background preferred.
  • Valid CDL A and B with passenger endorsement is preferred with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum's insurance carrier.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
