Compensation:

  • Base salary: $
  • 2.75% of Parts Department Gross Profit

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the parts sales process from initial customer inquiry to final invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the parts manager to source any unavailable parts.
  • Process special order requests for parts that need to be acquired.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and notify them upon arrival.
  • Engage with customers and team members in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in automotive parts sales is preferred.
  • Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is advantageous.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
