As a Customer Service Lead at Burlington, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring and motivating associates to provide exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, approaching your work with our company philosophy and core values in mind.

- Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys.
- Maintain a neat and orderly front end area.
- Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more.
