Job Summary

At American Leak Detection of the East Bay and San Francisco, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling and routing services to our team of technicians, and dispatching jobs and updates in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and route services to our team of technicians, ensuring that all jobs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Dispatch jobs and updates to technicians in the field, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate any adjustments in schedule with customers and service technicians, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date.
  • Provide sales support and recommendations to customers, helping them to make informed decisions about their leak detection needs.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or dispatch environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and technicians.
  • Strong telephone and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software.
  • Experience scheduling and routing teams of technicians, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service.
