About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Substance Use Counselor to join our team at Groups: Recover Together. As a Counselor, you will play a vital role in our organization's mission to deliver comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the treatment team and coordinate decisions about member treatment.
  • Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of the office and region.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver a holistic clinical model.
  • Lead 2-3 group therapy sessions to build recovery skills and foster community.
  • Document members' progress using outcome measures and client feedback.
  • Engage in community relations activities to promote Groups and its mission.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree required.
  • Active behavioral health licensure, including ADC, AADC, LPC, LICSW, and associate level status.
  • Minimum two years' leading groups in a SUD setting.
  • High comfort level with technology, including EMR, Telehealth software, and Google products.
