Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our team as a medical director. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our rural outpatient clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and developing strategies to improve healthcare services in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be board certified in Family Medicine and possess the necessary skills to practice medicine in a rural setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care and develop strategies to improve healthcare services
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff management and resource allocation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders and other healthcare providers to promote collaborative care

The starting salary for this position is $240,408 annually, plus a signing bonus, annual bonus, and annual increases. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance and ongoing professional development opportunities.
