Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Professional - Impact Lender to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications and Community Sites. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering robust solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- • Designing and developing Salesforce applications and Community Sites • Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code • Assisting in implementing Salesforce integrations with other business systems and third-party applications • Utilizing Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies to deliver robust solutions • Following security protocols and data protection measures to ensure the confidentiality and availability of systems • Developing and maintaining Salesforce workflows, process builders, approval processes, technical documentation, and metadata • Helping investigate and resolve operational alarms, exceptions, and failures by identifying root causes • Identifying and recommending opportunities for process and system improvements • Collaborating with teams, stakeholders, and customers to understand business requirements and goals • Participating in the development and implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or software engineering • At least three years of experience in software engineering or a related field • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning preferred components, and Salesforce integrations • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, familiarity with Salesforce Finance Service Cloud, and OmniStudio is a plus • Experience with RESTful APIs and understanding of cloud-based platforms (AWS or Azure is a plus) • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms • Proficiency with modern source control (Git), test automation, and CI/CD (Gearset, Git actions) tools and practices • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends
