Retail Leadership Development Program: Store Manager in Training

OverviewWe offer a comprehensive training program designed to develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed as a Store Manager. This 16-week program includes a combination of virtual and hands-on learning experiences, led by a team of experienced professionals who will guide you through your development journey.
The Store Manager in Training role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about leadership and customer service. As a SMIT, you will have the chance to develop your skills in communication, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management, while working closely with our experienced store managers and district leaders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
Job Description- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and store managers to ensure seamless operations and achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve store visual appeal.
- Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability and reduce waste.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
