Based in Austin, we serve clients across Central Texas and are expanding into other significant markets. The Ideal Candidate:

Key Experience Required:

  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Proficient in Project Scheduling with regular updates
  • OSHA Certified 30 Hour (preferred)
  • Commitment to Safety and conducting weekly onsite toolbox meetings
  • Experience with Procore for daily reporting, communication tracking, and documentation
  • Ability to coordinate Inspections
  • Skilled in generating and completing Punch Lists
  • Verification of Subcontractor Change Orders and validation of labor/material estimates
  • Clear and assertive communication skills, including direct interactions with Owners, Architects, and other consultants
  • A proactive Problem Solver who embraces challenges until solutions are found
  • Upholding Ethical Business Practices in all daily activities
  • Experience liaising with city building and development representatives
  • Ability to interpret Blueprints and ensure alignment between architectural, structural, and MEP designs
  • Expertise in contacting and scheduling subcontractors, motivating them to meet project specifications
  • Comprehensive understanding of both horizontal and vertical construction, including site preparation, utilities, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work after hours as needed, particularly during critical project phases
  • Organizing and leading weekly onsite subcontractor meetings to discuss safety, scheduling, and quality control
  • Collaborating effectively with office staff and responding promptly to communications
  • Being punctual and accountable for meetings and requests from team members

Important Considerations:

  • No tolerance for alcohol or drugs in the workplace
  • Successful background checks and drug tests are prerequisites for employment
  • We conduct a personality assessment to ensure a good fit within our culture and work style
  • Superintendents must possess a valid Texas Driver's License (if relocating from out of state, you have 60 days to obtain one)
  • This position aims to foster a long-term relationship; we hope you find a role and company that you can commit to for years to come
  • This is not a traveling superintendent role

  • Note: Candidates with only residential or multi-family construction experience will not be considered; we require a seasoned Commercial Superintendent ready to contribute immediately
