Job Summary:

Arcis Golf is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Foster a welcoming environment, answer questions, and offer suggestions to customers based on available merchandise.
  • Store Maintenance: Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the pro shop.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Assist with shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking, and conducting inventory.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and People Skills: Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Experience: Provide exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
