We are seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team at Diversified Maintenance. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various settings.
Key Responsibilities- Operate various types of equipment used for floor care maintenance, including automatic scrubbers, floor machines, and wet/dry vacuums.
- Dust mop, clean, and burnish floors, as well as strip, refinish, scrub, and recoat floors as needed.
- Prioritize and coordinate with other workers to complete floor care work within the scope of multi-trade projects.
- Provide daily preventive equipment maintenance on all equipment used.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
