Merchandiser Specialist

About the Role

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing hundreds of brands across various retail locations. You will work with a diverse range of products, including magazines, grocery items, sunglasses, candy, cosmetics, and health and beauty products. Your primary goal will be to execute retail merchandising activities to drive sales growth for Premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

Locate merchandise in the backroom of stores to place product on the floor, stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need, and front-face products to make sure product shelves look their best. You will also receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store, install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions, and display set up and maintenance for various products throughout the store.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to enjoy working independently in stores most of the time while still building and maintaining relationships with store associates and managers. You will also need to effectively communicate with store associates, store managers, and Premium team members, leverage the support of and share best practices with our merchandising team nationwide, and contact Premium's Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store.
