About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Photographer to join our team at Tillys. As a key member of our visual content creation team, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality digital images of our products for our website and other marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take high-quality digital photographs of products for our website and marketing materials.
  • Style and edit digital images to ensure they meet our brand's visual standards.
  • Touch up and prepare images for presentation on our website and other marketing channels.
  • Manage the photo process to ensure high efficiency and quality.
  • Assist with photographic requests for corporate needs.
  • Assist with post-digital image retouching using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Assist with all Adobe software.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Lightroom Classic and Capture One/Raw editing software with DSLRs (Canon preferred).
  • Knowledge of studio lighting and studio-based practices preferably with product photography knowledge of PS5, as well as Creative Cloud PS.
  • Ability to integrate digital images with all computer applications.
  • Working knowledge of color correction.
  • Working knowledge of layers and how to use them effectively.
  • Proficient in the use of Excel and MS Word.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Able to effectively use common office equipment.
  • Ability to reprioritize projects frequently.
  • Must have ability to multitask.
  • Independent, self-motivated, team player.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.
  • Must be able to maintain regular attendance conforming to company standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of digital photography experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

What to Expect

  • A competitive hourly salary range of $22-$25.
