We're an online brand that sells beachy lifestyle apparel. We specialize in mens clothing and have unique graphics, crazy prints and colors, and a cult following that loves our gear.
The Problem We're Facing
We have a fantastic team of marketers, product developers, graphic designers, and artists, but they're capped out We are looking to add someone to the team who can be on site frequently and help produce the content we need to keep scaling our business. The daily requirements change all the time, so sometimes you'll be at the warehouse, sometimes you'll be at the beach, and on rare occasions you may travel with our team out of state to Hawaii, Florida, or other tropical locations.
How You'll Help Us Solve It
You will help create a large chunk of the content that we will use for both organic and paid social media content, create and post daily stories to our IG and FB accounts, film and edit TikTok's daily, and assist with model shoots, product shoots, and everything in between. You will take direction and inspiration from our existing team and have freedom to come up with and create your own ideas as well.
Top Candidate Characteristics
- Has worked with YouTubers, Large Apparel Brands, Personalities, or Celebrities before
- Has excellent photography skills with a portfolio to prove it
- Has excellent graphic design skills in Photoshop & Lightroom with a portfolio to prove it
- Has great storytelling capabilities via video
- Understands basic marketing techniques such as Video Pacing, Hooks, Hold Rates, Thumbstop Rates, and Call to Actions
- Lives in or near Orange County, CA - this job requires you to be in person at our warehouse for filming purposes
- BROWNIE POINTS: Enjoys being on camera for TikTok's, not necessary, but definitely a plus

REQUIREMENTS:

Compensation/Location Details
📅 Start Date: ASAP
📌 Location: Remote and In Person in Lake Forest, CA 92630
💰Salary Range: $55,000 to $85,000 + Performance Based Comp. Potential
