About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and bend, stoop, and reach.
