Position Overview

A **Sandwich Shop Manager in Training (M.I.T)** is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, preparing food items, and ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols. This role emphasizes the importance of outstanding customer interaction, which can significantly enhance tip earnings.

Available Positions:

Both **Full-Time** and **Part-Time** opportunities are offered.

Promotion Potential:

M.I.T.s are prioritized for management promotions as they arise.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Average earnings of **$13-$15 per hour** after tips.
  • Guaranteed **two raises per year** at a minimum.
