About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Impresiv Health. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical and operational leadership to our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage pharmacy operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to pharmacy staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managed care setting preferred.
  • Current and active RI Pharmacist license required.
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations (OBRA, OSHA, state laws, and other federal laws) preferred.
