About the RoleAs an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide age-appropriate care to patients based on their physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.
- Perform delegated duties consistent with your scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the EMS community to provide seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing learning experiences to enhance your skills and knowledge.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with 1-2 years of acute care/specialty nursing experience. You should be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
