Core Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in generating qualified leads for Massachusetts residents interested in Home Energy Assessments through canvassing and tabling activities.
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify potential leads.
  • Manage a table at designated events, trade shows, and retail venues to schedule assessments.
  • Arrange no-cost home energy assessments for residents.
  • Implement team strategies to create enthusiasm around the Home Energy Assessment process.
  • Continuously develop industry knowledge and train team members on relevant materials.
  • Represent HomeWorks Energy with professionalism and integrity.
  • Achieve and surpass lead generation targets.
  • Occasionally transport team members to and from work sites.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, including liaising with local authorities.

Compensation and Benefits (for those working 30 or more hours per week)

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
