Position Summary:

As a Snow Production Technician, you will face the elements head-on to enhance the mountain experience for our skiing guests. This role involves physically demanding tasks and the operation of advanced snowmaking equipment to ensure optimal snow conditions.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $22.04 per hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
    • Possible shifts include Day, Swing, or Night; availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Skill Level: Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate all snowmaking machinery.
  • Safely and efficiently operate vehicles, including snowmobiles.
  • Conduct basic maintenance on snowmaking equipment.
  • Contribute to snow production to create the best skiing surface for our guests.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic knowledge and skills with hand tools.
  • Ability to work extended hours outdoors in alpine conditions.

The expected pay range is $22.04 per hour. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this role, with individual pay decisions influenced by various factors.
