Job Summary

The Affinity Group is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing customized sales strategies for our key accounts. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including Food Service Directors and Chefs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Identify opportunities to grow our business with existing customers and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
