  • Operational Management: Ensure performance expectations and work rules are clearly communicated and followed, facilitating successful onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Supervisory Relationships: Manage a team of managers and hourly staff, providing open and honest feedback, and coaching employees to effect changes in behavior.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of management experience in food service management.
  • Skills: Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with an eye for detail and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
