Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Five Below in St. Petersburg, FL. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving shipments, counting inventory, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
