Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Assistant to join our team of 15 employees. As a Paralegal Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in various practice areas, including Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Construction Litigation, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust, and Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys in preparing and filing probate forms with courts
  • Review and document financials
  • Provide exceptional client intake experience
  • Support the preparation of estate planning documents
