Job Title: Project Manager - Industrial Group

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Wayne Brothers Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing industrial projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage industrial projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including construction, engineering, and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that projects meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements:

  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the industrial construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage project budgets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OSHA 10-Hour Certification.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Viewpoint or Procore.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
