Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Associate to join our team at DeLallo Foods. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining our products, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare all items for the deli prep case, assist in food preparation for guests, and cook food, ham, turkey, and roast beef for the deli.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain clean kitchen and prep areas, and ensure that all equipment and utensils are sanitized and in good working condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Prior prep cook experience is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate high attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of your work.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
