Job Details

As a Commercial Estimator, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project cost estimates for commercial construction projects. This includes labor, materials, equipment, and services. You will review and interpret project plans and specifications to understand scope and requirements.

  • Develop detailed project cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
  • Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
  • Utilize estimation software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals.
  • Conduct risk and opportunity assessments.
  • Collaborate with project management and engineering teams.
  • Lead cost analysis and cost forecasting activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and rates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
  • Proficiency in construction software.
  • Strong experience in preparing bid proposals and cost analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of industrial construction processes and materials.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
