Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and state pharmacy laws.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
  • Pharmacy license in good standing.
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy management.
