About this Role:
This key position has a significant impact on our consumers and clinic partners. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing prescription medication and building relationships with consumers. The manager will also motivate, develop, and coach all pharmacy staff to ensure they meet their potential and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
* Create a great consumer and clinic partner experience
* Serve as an expert to clinical staff, meeting with them to discuss clinical outcomes
* Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and schedules
* Ensure the pharmacy follows policies and standards in accordance with state and federal laws
* Perform wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots
* Motivate, develop, and coach all pharmacy staff to ensure they are meeting their potential and delivering exceptional service
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
* Current pharmacist's license in the state of Illinois
* Certified immunizer or willing to become one within 3 months of hire
* Willing to complete LAI training and administer LAI
* Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
