We are seeking a talented Nurse Resident to join our team, providing high-quality patient-centered care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills, work collaboratively with experienced nurses, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient condition and provide individualized care
- Perform procedures and administer medications as ordered by medical providers
- Document patient information and communicate effectively with the care team
- Teach patients and families about their medical condition and treatment plan
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, to be completed by the selected start date
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
