CNC Programmer and Setup Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CNC programs for various machines
- Set up and configure CNC machines for optimal performance
- Develop and maintain CNC machining processes for new projects
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the production schedule
- Select and implement cutting tools and work-holding tools for new projects
- Provide training to machine operators on new setups and processes
- Maintain and improve daily productivity
- Update and modify outdated programs and implement the latest cutting techniques and lean methodology
- Troubleshoot minor machine errors and program errors
- Maintain quality and safety control standards
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of setup experience in-house or previous employer
- Programming experience with Swiss Screw machines
- 5 years of experience with Swiss Screw Machine operation desired
- In-house QSP training
