**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer - Packaging to join our team at ACL Digital in New Albany, OH.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in packaging equipment development, design, installation, and start-up. A bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering is required, with a master's degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Pharma Packaging Equipment Development, Design, Installation, and Start Up
  • Apply theories and principles from mechanical process design and equipment development for acceptance and closure of open list, acceptance FAT, and start up SAT
  • Perform improvement and reliability equipment engineering assessments, collaborate with SMEs to apply six sigma methodologies for improving maintenance strategies, and implementation of PI solutions
  • Support C&Q teams in executing of IQ/OQ/PPQ documents
  • Closely collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing to understand and respond to the Voice of the Customer

Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering
  • Reliability knowledge is not required but preferred
  • Bachelor's degree OR Master degree OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
  • Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets: IQ and OQ qualifications, Equipment Engineering, Thermoforming and Blistering Packaging Technology

Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year
