About the Role

Parkwest Casinos is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Assist line cooks, prep cooks, and servers in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform cleaning duties around the facility, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies
  • Learn and understand proper procedures for washing hazardous items, such as knives
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check
  • Physical and mental requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and repetitive hand use
