Atria Senior Living - El Camino Gardens is seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team. As a valued member of our culinary staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our residents receive exceptional service and enjoy a safe and healthy dining experience.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain the kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition
* Wash, clean, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment
* Clean floors, equipment, and other areas as assigned
* Provide exceptional customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere
* Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs
* Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times
* Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures
* Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner
* Keep kitchen floors clean and trash emptied
* Assist with the preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals
* Attend pre-meal stand-up in the kitchen prior to meal service

Requirements:

* Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
