Compensation and Work Environment

Our top technicians can earn up to $70,000 annually. We offer a vibrant and flexible work environment, with options for both full-time and part-time positions. You will receive comprehensive training and certification, along with ample opportunities for career growth as our company continues to expand. A formal degree is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently installing alarm systems and home automation solutions
  • Conducting initial home assessments to determine optimal system configurations and identify upselling opportunities
  • Keeping clients informed throughout the installation process, including necessary modifications
  • Connecting alarm systems to our central monitoring service, activating systems, and demonstrating functionalities to customers
  • Timely and accurate submission of billing and payroll documentation
  • Maintaining the highest safety standards during installations
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
  • Upholding a professional appearance and demeanor
