Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes/make-up instructions, and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicate with members of the team, and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have, and maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area, and ensure commitment to operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
