Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care using sound judgment and evidence-based practices.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements
  • Active LPN license in good standing.
  • Flexibility to work a daylight schedule, Monday through Friday, 8a-5p.
  • CPR certification.
  • Prior experience in a mental health setting is preferred but not required.
