About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SPS programmer and commissioning engineer to join our team at Spectrum Innovations. As an electrical and automation engineer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing new and existing SPS controls and visualizations for plant control and conveyor technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize SPS controls and visualizations for plant control and conveyor technology
- Take over commissioning in our factory and on-site with international customers
- Develop test and inspection reports and acceptance protocols
- Support the maintenance department
Requirements:
- Degree or technician qualification in electrical or automation engineering or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of SPS programming with Beckhoff TwinCAT or Siemens TIA Portal / S7 controls as well as visualization
- Confident communication skills in German and English
- Will to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 30%)
