POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a meticulous and knowledgeable Oilfield Measurement Technician to play a vital role in our operations. This position involves the precise measurement and monitoring of various elements related to oilfield production. Your skills will be essential in ensuring accurate data collection, which is crucial for the smooth operation of our oilfield activities.

Location: Kenedy, TX

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; no rotation. This position offers a locally based schedule that allows for returning home each night. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius, as there are no provisions for man-camps or housing per diem. If you are considering relocation or have your own travel trailer, please indicate this in your resume. Please note that relocation expenses will not be reimbursed.

Additional Information: All job offers are contingent upon successfully passing a full drug screening, a clean background check, and a motor vehicle history report.

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Entry-level position, typically requiring 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Provides both technical and administrative support.
  • Ability to learn terminology, applications, and standard procedures necessary for the role.
  • Performs routine, basic office and field tasks following established protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or technical certification in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Technology, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience with AGA Standards, API 14.3, and GPA.
  • Basic proficiency with Fisher ROC 107 and 800.
  • Familiarity with PD Meters and Coriolis meters.
