About the Role

This Logistics Coordinator position is responsible for safely navigating routes to deliver food products to customers while adhering to strict safety protocols and physical capabilities to handle heavy loads. As a key member of the logistics team, you will work closely with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers to ensure seamless delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
  • Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
  • Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
  • Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
  • Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required
  • Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
  • Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $62,720 - $72,960 based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly wage of $30.12 - $35.70. The company also offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance. Additionally, eligible employees may receive overtime compensation, retention bonuses, and other incentives.
