About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Scranton, PA. As a Logistics Coordinator - Deliveries Specialist, you will be responsible for safely operating trucks, loading and unloading merchandise, and ensuring accurate delivery documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to Company rules, laws, and regulations.
  • Load and unload merchandise at various locations, securing loads properly to prevent damage or loss.
  • Review shipping documents for accuracy and ensure order fulfillment.
  • Collect payments for cash sale deliveries and obtain signatures from receiving parties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving shipping discrepancies and addressing customer concerns.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Department of Transportation physical examination.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and safety consciousness.
  • Ability to learn and operate warehouse material-handling equipment and computer-related systems.
  • English language proficiency, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
