Job Title: Appian Certified Lead Developer Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Certified Lead Developer to join our team at Syntricate Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Appian Cloud solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian technologies and best practices

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Appian and 10-15 years of overall IT experience
• Experience working on Appian Cloud, Record type driven development, and data fabric
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent database query skills
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
