  • Provide prompt and efficient assistance to clients and colleagues, adhering to agency procedures and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with our Customer Service team to deliver outstanding service to our clients, including invoicing, payment reminders, and processing endorsements.
  • Request and process loss runs, identification cards, certificates of insurance, and other client documents.
  • Process transactions with accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing the potential for errors and omissions.
  • Assist in entering claims and following up on outstanding claims in accordance with agency guidelines.
  • Contribute to the completion of monthly reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain professional accreditation and participate in continuing education programs to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to established workflow procedures and guidelines to reduce the risk of E&O claims.
  • Adhere to employee manual policies and guidelines.
  • Promptly report any E&O claims or potential E&O claims.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience with Vertafore is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and communicate effectively.
