As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and administering a Development & Operations (DevOps) team, continuously improving services and outcomes through management and oversight of staff; leadership in the development, maintenance, and implementation of multi-year strategic technology road maps.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, plan, and administer a DevOps team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and outcomes.
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of multi-year strategic technology road maps, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Maintain the integrity of the DevOps organization through oversight of business analysis and applications development issues and processes.
  • Provide direction to employees regarding campus policies and IT service management principles.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in IT Development & Operations, with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience leading and managing a technology organization.
  • Thorough knowledge of technical concepts, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training.
  • ITIL Foundations certificate is a plus.

  • A competitive salary range of $170,000-$180,000 per year.
