Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in marketing new and renewal business, evaluating premiums, preparing proposals, and maintaining underwriting and marketing information.
- Support advisors in cross-selling and account rounding, helping to identify opportunities to expand and service personal accounts.
- Receive and respond to phone calls from clients and companies, addressing policy coverage, claims, and administrative needs.
- Maintain a suspense system to follow up on outstanding orders, correspondence, and reports, ensuring timely completion and resolution.
- At least two years' experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding of personal lines insurance coverages, forms, procedures, and policy rating systems.
- Required state licensing certification and a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, with a college degree preferred but not necessary.
- Familiarity with a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office products and agency management systems.
