We are seeking a talented and compassionate Hospital Pharmacist to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.
  • Provide medication counseling to patients and their families.
  • Monitor and manage drug therapy for patients with complex medical conditions.
  • Participate in medication safety initiatives and quality improvement projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical developments and treatment guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Requirements:
  • State licensure as a Pharmacist in Arkansas.
  • Maintains continuing education requirements in the state of Arkansas.
  • Hospital pharmacy experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
