Job Overview:

Are you a dedicated Class A Driver seeking a stable and rewarding career with excellent pay and benefits? We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team on a dedicated account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate 53 refrigerated trailers on a dedicated account.
  • Enjoy 100% no-touch freight featuring drop and hook and live store load/unloads.
  • Experience weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset.
  • Be flexible and available for both daytime and nighttime shifts.
  • Work 7-day operations with weekends not guaranteed off.
  • Choose between a 5-day work week or a 6-day work week.
  • Average 1700 miles per week.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive mileage pay: $0.69 to $0.81 per mile plus a $1000 pay guarantee.
  • Training pay: $650 available for drivers with less than 6 months OTR/Regional experience.
  • Additional incentives: $10 for the first stop, $15 for each additional stop, and $25 for short hauls under 50 miles.
  • Average weekly earnings: approximately $1500.
  • Monthly bonus: $0.06 per mile for exceeding 8200 miles with no accidents and maintaining 7 MPG fuel efficiency.
  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO after 30 days.
Training and Development:
  • 46-week mentorship program with an experienced OTR driver.
  • Handson training and guidance to build your skills and confidence behind the wheel.
Requirements:
  • Must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours.
  • Minimum 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
  • Clean driving record with no major accidents, serious tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years.
  • Solid 10-year work history with no significant gaps outside of schooling or training.
  • No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the last 5 years.
  • Must pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.
