We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Clinical Development to lead our global clinical trials and drive the development of our oncology pipeline. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and delivery of clinical trials, as well as providing strategic input into our clinical development programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead development teams and take accountability for program deliverables
- Design and execute Phase I-III trials and ancillary trials
- Supervise and manage clinical and statistical aspects of clinical trials
- Provide strategic input into clinical development programs and preclinical programs
- Collaborate with department heads to establish operational plans and timelines
- Keep management current on project status and provide ongoing risk assessments
- MD required, Hematology or Oncology training and residency and/or fellowship training and Board eligibility or certification preferred
- 10 years combined experience in academic/clinical and/or industry oncology clinical research and drug development
- 5 years of leadership or key role in industry involving oncology programs
- Strong working knowledge of the drug development process in the USA/EU
- Direct work experience with US and/or EU Regulatory authorities highly preferred
We offer a competitive salary range of $349,000 - $411,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and paid time off benefits. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
