Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan in Penasco, NM.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan
- Collaborate with CNA's, HHA's, Case Managers, and the patient's physicians
- Advocate for patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care they need
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- Ability to pass a background check
